The course at Vung Tau Paradise Golf Resort is a 27-hole layout, and due to the long commute from central Saigon, the golf resort remains one of Vietnam’s least-played golf courses. Taiwanese-designed Paradise Golf Club was the first seaside golf course in Vietnam, offering challenges to golfers of all levels.

Most golfers describe Vung Tau Paradise as testing, a links-style design with an in-land feel despite playing along pristine beaches with spectacular ocean views on many holes. Palms and other native trees offer shade, and the sea breeze keeps things relatively fresh.

The best holes are the long par-5 which dogleg around stunning landscape tees and have views over the South China Sea.

Vung Tau Paradise Golf Resort has practice facilities with full putting, a chipping green, and a driving range with sea views. The clubhouse at Vung Tau has a basic restaurant that serves some unique Vietnamese seafood, Korean fast-food noodles, and cold beer. It is a place to spend some time relaxing after golf.

Overnight accommodations in the area are varied, but the resort is more suited to locals’ tastes and houses mostly Korean golfers.
